Rick Boundurant, CIC, CRM, CAE
Rick Bondurant is a veteran agency executive who has more than 25 years of experience with the Texas independent agency system. He is a former member of the IIAT board of directors and a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County. In addition to his agency experience, Rick has been active in a number of professional, community and educational organizations. He was recognized as Young Agent of the Year by IIAT and is past chair of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Housing Authority. He has served as an adjunct faculty and advisory board member of the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management.
Rosemary Maellaro, Ph.D.
Dr. Rosemary Maellaro is an Associate Professor of Management in the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas. She teaches leadership and organization development courses in the MBA, masters, and doctoral programs. Additionally she works through the College of Business Executive Education Center, where she offers seminars in leadership development and interpersonal effectiveness. Concurrently Rosemary manages Martone Consulting, an independent consulting practice that specializes in emotional intelligence (EQ), team building, and leadership development. Her research interests lie in fields of experiential learning and management education. She was named Educator of the Year by HR Southwest in 2009; and she recently received Sage Publication’s Best Paper Award for her 2016 article in the Journal of Management Education.
J. Lee Whittington, Ph.D.
J. Lee is Professor of Management in the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas. He focuses his teaching, research, and consulting in the areas of leadership, employee engagement, and spiritual leadership. His consulting experience includes engagements with Nokia, FedEx-Kinko’s, RadioShack, Reynolds Metals, Ball Container, Camp Fire Boys and Girls, City of Arlington, US Army Corps of Engineers, City of Southlake, Siemens ElectroCom, Association of Missouri Electric Co-Ops, and Jackson Electric Member Corporation.
Scott Wysong, Ph.D.
Scott Wysong is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas (UD). Since 2011, Dr. Wysong has been teaching at UD and been involved in over 100 consulting projects for firms in numerous industries. He holds a MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Wysong teaches classes in Value-Based Marketing, Branding and Customer Service.
