Comprehensive Technical and Sales Training for New Producers

IIAT’s Producer Development Program can increase your agency profits by helping you train and manage new producers. It will save you time and money by shortening the learning curve and giving managers tools to effectively monitor progress. 

The program includes five days of technical training in commercial lines, five days of sales and marketing training and two-and-a-half days dedicated to guidance on building a quality book with mandatory ethics training for all licensees. View the Curriculum.
