Connection instructions are included in the e-mail you'll receive following pre-registration. If you've ever used GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar with your carriers or clients, then you're all set. If this is your first time, you may be required to accept a download file. You may listen to the webcast either through your computer or by using a phone.
