Welcome to IIAT's Education Online
IIAT online courses are offered through either WebCE or the Independent Insurance
Agents & Brokers of America's Big I Virtual University.
IIAT has teamed up with IRMI and WebCE
to bring you quality insurance continuing education courses with a state-of-the-art
delivery system and courteous customer service. IIAT members will receive
discounts by ordering CE through this web site.
Technical courses for CE continue to be offered through Virtual
University as well.
As you know, the Texas Department of Insurance requires that you
complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years. Fifteen of the
30 hours must be completed in a classroom; however, the IRMI-WebCE solution
offers several classroom-equivalent courses that can be completed in your
office through an ordinary Internet connection without needing to attend an
in-class course.
When you select either option below you will leave the IIAT web site and
be taken to either the WebCE or the Virtual University online education pages.
A note about the Virtual University option:
Once you have logged on, you will be able to select the course you want, enroll
and take the online course you've selected. Note: When you set up your new
user account, be sure to answer "yes" to the question asking if
you are an IIABA member.
