• Optional coverage for money and securities
• Loss of income coverage
• Premiums starting as low as $150 annually

Rules:

• Must be an IIAT member
• Must be enrolled in the RLI Program
• Must carry a $1,000,000 limit on E&O liability
• The account must meet the guidelines of the self-underwriting application; there are no exceptions (not all businesses will qualify for coverage)
• All policies are issued on an annual basis
• First year's premium must accompany the application

How the program works:

• Enroll in the program by completing and returning the IIAT RLI Agreement Letter (pdf) and the Producer Application (pdf)
• Review the eligible class descriptions (pdf) to see who can qualify.
• Determine the premium due by using the HBI Rating Guide (pdf) or the HBI Rater (xls)
• Download and complete the HBI New Business Application (pdf) to determine the eligibility and submit with a signed Terrorism Rejection Form (pdf)
• Download and complete the HBI Supplemental Form (pdf) for risks that include an eligible second location.
• Submit the completed application and annual premium payable to IIAT Services Co. to: IIAT Services Co., attn: Polly Middlebrook, P. O. Box 684487, Austin, Texas 78768; or overnight to: 1115 San Jacinto, Ste. 100, Austin, TX 78701, for approval and policy issuance
