Online exams through Virtual University
Exams for IIAT's Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Certified Account Manager (CAM) programs are available on the IIABA's Virtual University website.

Virtual University's "A Practical
Guide to Agency E&O Risk Management" for
agency managers, producers and CSRs are comprehensive courses that

Members can qualify for a 10% discount in the Westport program and a

A note about the Virtual University
Once you have logged on, you will be able to select the course you want,
enroll and take the online course you've selected. When you set up your
new user account, be sure to answer "yes" to the question asking if you
are an IIABA member.
