Company Appointment Guide
Commercial & Personal Lines | Commercial
Lines | Personal Lines
Find out which companies are seeking additional appointments. The IIAT staff recently surveyed all major insurance
carriers in Texas as part of the association's market development program. Use this updated guide to match your agency's
needs with the needs of these carriers. (Revised 9/15/09)
What does is take to get a company appointment these days? Companies don't usually come looking for you, so you should
approach company marketing departments in a way that will enhance your chance for a successful conclusion. For some pointers,
read the article: "A Systematic Approach to Company Appointments." Also see the
IIAT Agency Profile Form.
NOTE: A listing in the appointment guide is not an endorsement of the insurance company by the Independent
Insurance Agents of Texas. This guide is furnished as a service to IIAT members.
