Texas coastal windstorm market survey analysis
Independent agents located in Tier 1 and Tier 2 counties in Texas -- those counties located along the Gulf coast -- were
asked to respond to a windstorm market survey to help IIAT assess the state of those markets and develop a strategy to assist
agents in coping with rapid market changes. Because of size, Harris County responses are broken out for comparison purposes.
Surveys were conducted June 15 and again Oct. 12, 2006.
