IIAT offers the only comprehensive training program for new producers available from any Big I state association. Limited enrollment and concentrated instruction provide a firm foundation for selling success.

• Curriculum outlines: A one-week in-depth review of commercial lines coverages is followed several weeks later by a one-week focus on marketing and selling property and casualty insurance. A three-day session follows several weeks later to enhance coverage analysis and prospecting skills.

• IIAT Producer Management Handbooks: Reap the benefit of our staff's knowledge and experience in three publications that will help you recruit and hire producers, orient new producers to the independent agency business and develop their compensation plans.
