IIAT Board of Directors
- Composed of four officers, the immediate past president and nine board members
- Three new directors are elected at the membership meeting each
year to serve three-year terms
- Meets four times a year
- Responsibilities include approving an annual budget, serving as trustees
of the political action committee and setting association policy

Liaisons to Other Organizations
IIAT appoints liaison members to the governing
bodies of several Texas insurance organizations to facilitate communication
between IIAT members and those organizations
IIAT Services Co. Board of Directors
- IIAT's wholly-owned subsidiary, IIAT Services
Co., holds multiple insurance licenses in order to provide insurance programs
and products to IIAT members
Regional Vice Presidents
- Assigned to one of 21 regions of the state for purposes of assisting in
administration of the political action committee
