Eligibility and enrollment: Available to firms that are IIAT members and active full-time employees who work 30 hours or more per weekParticipation requirements:
- Employees paid entirely or partly by commission are eligible if they work 30 hours or more per week and earn monthly at least 150 hours per month times the minimum wage.
- New employees may be added without health condition evidence for amounts up to $5,000 after working three months if enrolled during the eligibility period.
