Discounts Available

IIAT's extensive list of exclusive premium discounts, available to every qualifying policyholder, can save you money. Following is a description of the discounts and details on how you can qualify for each one.

• Loss control discount
  This 10 percent discount is available at each policy anniversary for agencies that complete the E&O Loss Control in the Independent Agency video program or participate in IIAT's E&O loss control seminar. The discount applies for three years, as long as you don't have a chargeable claim. See the complete list of upcoming classes.
  
  The number of people required to attend the seminar is based on the size of your agency:
  
  
  • If your agency staff size is 1-7, one person is required to attend. This must be an owner, office manager or producer. If you want to send CSRs instead, two must attend. (Note: The video program requires a minimum of two persons.)
  • If your agency staff size is 8-20, two people are required to attend. One of the two must be an owner or the office manager.
  • If your agency staff size is 21 or more, three people are required to attend. One of the three must be an owner or office manager.
    
• Claim-free experience discount
  This discount is automatically provided for any policyholder that has not incurred a “chargeable” claim in the two years prior to the effective date of the policy. It is applied at each policy anniversary when you qualify.
• Agency loss control audit discount
