We are enclosing a binder of insurance effective January 15, 20XX.

Please note that the binder reflects the coverage you asked us to place on your behalf. We have not included physical damage coverage (Comprehensive or Collision) on the vehicle since you stated that you were not interested in that protection.

Your account will be handled by Pat Peterson, and I am enclosing his business card for your future reference. Pat has been with our agency for over two years and provides outstanding customer service to our clients. Don’t hesitate to contact him with any questions or concerns.

You may recall that you did not wish to have physical damage coverage (Comprehensive or Collision) included in the policy.
