Kevin Brandt is executive director for Trusted Choice®, the national marketing brand for Big “I” members. Trusted Choice offers independent agents greater consumer awareness by providing top quality resources to assist them in effectively marketing and advertising in their local marketplace. Brandt joined the Big "I" team in 2003 as a software developer. Beginning in 2007, he ran the day-to-day business of Trusted Choice as director of operations. Prior to joining the association, Brandt worked for a think tank, World Webmasters, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Prior to founding Verto, Codispoti spent 10 years with Gamma Iota Sigma, the insurance industry’s premier collegiate talent pipeline, actively advancing the discourse on recruiting, retention, and the future of the industry. Jason Sabo is an experienced Business Consultant with a proven record of helping agencies improve their sales, operational & workforce, strategic and financial management strategies. Jason works with IIANC members to help them grow and take their agencies to the next level with increased revenue, improved workflows and long-term strategic planning.
Prior to joining IIANC, Jason worked with OneAmerica as a regional sales director and Farmers Insurance as the agency business consultant. He also brings experience from working in an insurance agency as account executive for both personal and commercial lines books of business.

Cari Senefsky is the Director of Professional Liability at IIAT. Joining the team in 2018, Cari brought with her a background in Management Lines placement and program development for insurance agents, brokers, managing general agencies, wholesalers, networks and aggregators. She also serves on the Professional Liability Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America; advocating for competitive coverage enhancements and benefits for Big I Members. She serves as a staff liaison for the Large Agency Council at the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and understands that no two agencies are the same.

Chief Operating Officer, Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina
Rebecca oversees the IIANC member programs for professional liability, market access, and group benefits and is the staff liaison for the Agency Management & Technology Committee. She works closely with company partners and vendors to develop resources that meet the professional needs of members. Prior to joining IIANC in May 2017, Rebecca served as the Deputy Commissioner of the Agent Services Division at the North Carolina Department of Insurance. She graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Criminal Justice. Originally from Long Island, NY, Rebecca moved to North Carolina in 2002 and lives with her husband, two teenage children, two dogs and a cat in Cary. She loves North Carolina, and bless her heart might one day not be considered a Yankee!

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in personal and commercial lines sales, management, training and claims handling. Prior to joining IIAT, Lisa was at The Hartford, where she served as executive small commercial sales representative and managed the Central Texas territory. Lisa was also a district sales director and central region team lead and managed The Hartford personal lines accounts and a team of sales representatives in seven states. Before joining The Hartford, Lisa was a senior claims adjustor at State Farm for nine years.
