Does the event have a trade show/exhibitor hall?

Carrier Connect is a less formal “tradeshow” for carriers and industry vendors to network with attendees. The event will be held in a large ballroom.

When do I receive a layout and a table number?

IIAT will assign your location after June 8th. View the floor plan.

I registered for a table at Carrier Connect. When do I receive an attendee list?

Expect an attendee list before and after INSURCON — Wednesday, June 7th (two weeks before INSURCON) & Wednesday, June 28th ( 1 week after INSURCON).

How large are the tables at Carrier Connect?

4ft round banquet tables. Includes a black tablecloth.

Are vendors allowed to bring equipment such as backdrops, framed posters, etc. to display on those tables?

Each vendor table is allowed one pop-up table banner. We want to avoid the full-sized stand-up banners at this event. Click here to view an example.

Are vendors allowed to bring swag items?

Yes, vendors are allowed to bring swag items and host a giveaway at the table. (Vendors will be in charge of notifying the winner.)

Is there access to electricity?

Electricity will not be available.

Is there Wi-Fi access?

Yes, a Wi-Fi code will be distributed on-site.

How many people attended last year?

Estimated 500 total registrants.

Do I have to be registered for INSURCON to attend Carrier Connect?

Yes. Entrance to Carrier Connect will not be admitted without an INSURCON name badge.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations after June 1st will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for no-shows.

Will there be food and drinks at Carrier Connect?
Yes, bar and food will be provided. You receive two drink tickets per INSURCON registration for the Carrier Connect event.

*No outside alcohol or homemade goodies will be permitted for all in-house events. All alcohol would need to be purchased through the hotel.
