Agency Agreement
The Hanover Insurance Group agreement is between Independent Market Solutions (IMS) and the Hanover Insurance Group. When you agree to and e-sign the sub-producer agreement during this application process, you also agree to the instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures contained in the Hanover Insurance Group agreement. The agency agreement is available upon request for qualified IMS sub-producers. Please contact our team.
