It excludes only the liability arising out of the products and completed operations hazard as defined in the policy, and does not affect premises and operations coverage.

CG 21 35 - Exclusion - Coverage C - Medical Payments

Removes the medical payments coverage from the policy, but retains coverage for "first aid" expenses and transfers this coverage to the Supplementary Payments section of the policy. Eliminates so-called "blanket" contractual liability coverage by redefining an insured contract to include only incidental contracts in paragraphs "a" through "e" of the definition. Paragraph "f" is removed. Although coverage is retained for incidental contracts, such as lease of premises, the endorsement specifies that only written contracts are covered, not oral contracts. (See CG 22 74)

CG 21 41 - Exclusion - Intercompany Products Suits

Bars coverage for products liability claims between named insureds on the policy.
