Local Independent Insurance Agents Associations

Local Texas independent insurance associations that function autonomously from IIAT comprise the all-important grassroots network that links independent agents in a close-knit community -- a vital part of the Texas independent agency system. IIAT collaborates with local associations on a regular basis.

The success of these local associations helps maintain strong programs and clear policies in the areas of governmental affairs, community involvement and public relations. They also provide a vital service as a training venue for future industry leadership.

Associations encourage members to work in their communities in a variety of capacities and help members stay active, involved, informed and educated through numerous programs and activities.
