How to Update Your Agency Profile and Employee Count

Only the Primary or Alternate contact will be 
able to renew and update your agency profile.

You must be logged in to update this information. 

Step 1

Go to the homepage and click Log In in the upper right corner.

Type your login credentials to gain access to the members-only website.

When you arrive back at the homepage, click the My Profile link located in the upper right corner of the page. Make sure it says “Welcome, Your Name!”

On the left side, under My Profile, click the My Organizations link

At this point, please take the time to make sure the employee roster IIAT has on file for your agency is current. To update employees, click Maintain Profile/Employees.

Verify all the information on the Profile Maintenance is current. Please pay close attention to your Agency/Company Staff Size, your membership dues are based on this number. Make sure to click Submit once you have finalized your changes. To continue updating employees, click Contacts & Employees.

Add, delete, or update your employee listing. Make sure to click Submit, located at the very bottom of the page, once you have finalized your changes.
