To complete the salary survey, you’ll need to log into the IntellAgents website. We have already created an account for your agency, all you'll need to do to log in is reset your password. For instructions on logging into the IntellAgents site and finding the salary survey, please review this document or check out this video. Watch this video for step-by-step instructions on how to complete the form.All told, the survey takes about 20 minutes to complete. 

Before you start, you’ll need your agency’s National Producer Number (NPN) and your individual NPN to answer two questions. You can find both on the National Insurance Producer Registry

Salary Survey FAQs

What do I need in order to complete the survey?

You will need your employee compensation records including SALARY (base, commission, and bonus) and BENEFITS (which ones you offer, how much you cover), and job titles for all agency employees. Please note that when entering data, enter figures only.  Do not use commas, $, %, or any other symbols.

Can I complete part of the survey, save it, and finish later?

Yes. As you complete the survey and proceed to the next page, when you hit Next, the survey information saves automatically.  If you need to stop at any point, finish the page you are on and hit Next.  When you return, the survey will pick up where you left off. 
Is the survey confidential?
Yes! Although the survey asks for specific data such as names and ages of agency employees, all responses are kept strictly confidential and reported only in the aggregate. No one will be able to identify a specific person or agency. If you do not want to include employee names, please just use Employee One, Employee Two (with Employee as the First Name and One as the Last Name, etc.)  Note: Doing this may make it more difficult to complete update requests for later reports.
When will the survey close?
We hope that all agencies will complete it by the end of February. An actual closing date has not yet been determined.   

How long will it take to complete the survey?

Once you have the information noted above, it should take about 15–30 minutes to complete, depending on the size of your agency.
