With extensive experience in all elements of UX design—including many years working for giants like National Instruments and SEMATECH—Mike is the agency’s expert in the areas of user research, user experience, and content governance. Before Mike discovered information architecture, he began his career as a librarian and received his master’s in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas.
