Big “I” Hires, a one-stop resource designed to help independent agents recruit and retain qualified talent, now features a convenient online job board. BigIJobs.com is a searchable job listing site where ALL the jobs posted by Big “I” members through the IdealTraits platform can be found. Today, there are over 450 ACTIVE job postings on the site nationwide.

BigIJobs.com is a free service for members. The site has all the same search features as popular job boards, such as Job Type, Location, Date Posted, Remote Work, Salary, and more. Job searchers can find jobs and apply to them directly on the site. It's easy!

BigIJobs.com is updated daily as new positions are added, and as positions are filled. When a posting expires they are automatically removed so it always displays “active” job postings.
