Business Meeting Set for Fri., June 24, at INSURCON

IIAT’s annual business meeting will take place during the Annual Awards Brunch & Business Meeting at INSURCON on Fri., June 24, 2022, 9:45 – 11:45 a.m. The agenda includes a vote on new resolutions to IIAT Bylaws.

The proposed changes are:

• Article IV - Board of Directors
  Section 2. Members
  Change the number of board members to not less than ten (10) and not more than fourteen (14) members.
  Change the number of directors who can be elected from the membership at large to not less than five (5) and not more than nine (9).
• Article IV - Board of Directors
  Section 3. Director Elections
  Bullet point a. will be removed as the makeup of the nominating committee is covered in the IIAT Policies and Procedures.
  Bullet points b. and c. will remain the same.
