TDI and the DWC ask for your input on legislative recommendations to include in the upcoming 2024 biennial report to the Texas Legislature. The agencies may suggest these changes for consideration during the 89th legislative session to help improve and more effectively manage the Texas workers' compensation system and other areas under TDI's regulatory umbrella.
