New RLI Renewal Payment Options

RLI has introduced new payment options for renewals, providing added flexibility and convenience for insureds.

If you’re accessing RLI through the IIAT Advantage Markets program, these new options are available to you and your clients. The new payment options are only available to Texas agents and clients at this time.

What’s New?

RLI’s updated renewal process now allows insureds to choose between:

• Pay Now – Complete the renewal payment online immediately.

• Schedule Payment – Select a future payment date prior to the policy effective date.

When a renewal requires no additional underwriting, the insured can:

• Select their desired coverage limit from available options.
• View the corresponding premium.
• Choose either “Pay Now!” or “Schedule Payment!” to proceed.

For scheduled payments, insureds can select a payment date using a calendar tool. Payment must be scheduled at least one day prior to the policy effective date.

If changes are made to renewal information that affect the premium before the scheduled payment date, the scheduled payment will be cancelled and a new payment reflecting the updated premium will need to be submitted.

The online payment process allows insureds to select their preferred payment method, enter their payment information, and submit securely.
