RLI Personal Umbrella Base Rate Increase

In keeping with normal pricing and claim trends, RLI Personal Umbrella base rates will increase in nearly all states*, including Texas, effective July 1, 2022 (new and renewal). This includes Excess UM/UIM.

RLI will also be introducing a mature operator (drivers aged 70-79) surcharge of 10%, which applies to all states except LA and MA. The overall impact of the combined changes is estimated to be a 3% to 6% increase, depending on the state.
