These automated messages, sent from Pup@rlius.com, include a concise snapshot of the policy - showing the policy number, insured’s last name, the updated status, and when applicable, the reason for the change and any indication of differences from the prior term.*
Examples of status updates your agents may receive:
*Changes from prior term are limited to: UM/UIM Limit, Underlying Auto Limits, and Underlying CPL (FL only).
Please note: This notification is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding record or confirmation of any action taken by RLI. It remains the producer’s responsibility to review the impacted Personal Umbrella policy(ies) in RLI PUP Access and take any appropriate follow-up action with the customer.
Each agent will receive only one email per business day, regardless of the number of policies affected. It is also normal for agents to go weeks - or even months - without receiving notifications, as RLI Personal Umbrella policies generally require minimal maintenance during the policy term.
