Texas Mutual Awards $3.5M in Workforce Development Grants

To help strengthen the Texas economy and fortify businesses, Texas Mutual awarded over $3.5 million in workforce development and safety training grants to 48 nonprofits focused on upskilling, apprenticeships and safety training programs. This round of community funding was the second request for proposal initiative from Texas Mutual in 2022. In July, they awarded $3.2 million in grants to 48 organizations to support working families. Through these initiatives, Texas Mutual has delivered nearly $7 million to support communities across the state.
