These organizations are focused on providing safety training, creating pathways for middle-skill jobs and upskilling and reskilling adult learners through earn-and-learn initiatives. In July, Texas Mutual awarded $4.5 million in generational learning grants to 66 nonprofits focused on helping working families get the support and health care they need. Through these initiatives, Texas Mutual has awarded over $9 million to support hardworking Texans, communities, businesses and families this year.
