Starting on February 17, the TWIA Agent Portal will have a new login page. This change will strengthen TWIA's systems’ security and streamline the login experience. Once you are in the TWIA Agent Portal, you won’t have to log into Claims Center separately.
How This Will Impact You
To ensure continuous access to the TWIA Agent Portal, you will need to reset your password after the new login page becomes available on February 17. Use the “Forgot Password” button on the new login page.
No need to reset your TWIA password in advance. If you do, you will have to reset it again next week.
