How it Works

Please note: Non-members continue to STEP 4 after April 26, 2024. Non-members will receive an invoice and booth assignment after April 26th, if space is available. IIAT members get priority placement.

Booth Purchase Includes:
  • 8x10 booth - 3’ side rails, 8' back drape.
  • Cocktail table with spandex cover, with additional tables and chairs available upon request at the hotel.
  • Booth signage
  • IIAT members will have access to the attendee listing online.
  • Members and non-members will be emailed the attendee listing twice before the event.
  • Members and non-members will be emailed the attendee list after the event.
  • Your company will be promoted as an exhibitor online and on the IIATgo App.

Pricing

  • To exhibit at the Trade Show, an individual from your company MUST be registered as an attendee at INSURCON.

IIAT Members8x10 Booth:
FREE with your membership.
INSURCON Attendee:
  • (1) Complimentary Registration.
  • $295 per attendee after your comped registration.
Non-Members8x10 Booth:
$1,500
INSURCON Attendee:
  • $575 per attendee
  • Non-member attendee registration listed on the Exhibitor application will be processed after April 26th.

Terms & Conditions

Application for Exhibit Space
Booth assignments are based on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into consideration the date a request is received, IIAT membership status, the availability of the requested area, the amount of space requested, and any special needs and compatibility of exhibitors. IIAT reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and may relocate the exhibit. Nonmembers will receive a booth assignment after April 26th, if space is available.
Cancellation & Refund
No reservations will be accepted without payment. IIAT cannot accept partial payment. If IIAT receives written notice of space cancellation before May 31st you will be assessed a 50 percent processing charge and be issued a refund. No money will be refunded after that date.
Trade Show Registration
  • All Trade Show attendees MUST be registered to attend INSURCON & the Trade Show.
  • No Trade Show Only passes are available.
  • The non-member booth and the attendee registration listed on the application will be processed after April 26th.
